This theory explains meditation in everyday language. It links it to the attainment of happiness and tells you how to improve whatever happiness you normally experience. It reveals the mechanics of reaching the common human goal.
It is Western Zen.

It is my intention to promote the Theory of Meditation world-wide.
The following articles form a synopsis of my unpublished book "Zen Secrets" which I aim to publish soon.
